When a person is emotionally neglected for a prolonged period of time, they develop a sense of silence and refrain from sharing their thoughts, emotions, and feelings with others. Emotionally neglected people are good listeners usually. “Work on changing negative thoughts and core self-beliefs stemming from your past trauma.
