Cygames have announced that the Version 1.3.0 update to Granblue Fantasy: Relink will arrive on the last day of the month, May 31. The update will allow players to unlock Sandalphon as a fully playable character; his debut in Relink came with the Version 1.1.0 update when unlocking the Lucilius boss fight.

Plus, Version 1.3.0 brings several long-awaited features such as an in-game map overlay and Photo Mode. Cygames has elaborated on the new Sigil Synthesis mechanic coming to Version 1.3; it will allow players to combine two Legendary (+) sigils to synthesize a new sigil that inherits traits from their combined pool of traits.

There will be other quality-of-life features coming in Version 1.3.0 of Granblue Fantasy: Relink. Narmaya players will now have an easier time discerning how many butterflies she has with a numerical indicator.

At the moment of writing, Version 1.3.0 is the final content update coming to Granblue Fantasy: Relink. Cygames has not made any official announcements indicating if the well-received action RPG will be getting any further updates in the future.
