Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, also known as ADHD, is the condition where a person suffers from impulsiveness, attention deficit and hyperactivity. “Many ADHers enjoy the massive boost in productivity a hyper focused state can bring, but it can have a dark side. Oftentimes individuals with ADHD feel irritable when forced to break this state or exhausted after a bout of hyperfocus,” wrote Therapist Meredith Carder.(Pexels)
