We all have distinct symptoms by which we know that something does not feel right. For some people, it can be severe loneliness and a sense of deep sadness, while for some people it can be the sense of irritation. “We all have different behaviours that will indicate to us that something is not right or that we don’t feel good within ourselves. When we offer ourselves the space to reflect on these behaviours we can step in to manage the behaviours before it gets to a crisis or we are burnt-out,” wrote Therapist Lalitaa Suglani.
