Brand New Litigation Boutique Beats The Market Standard On Salaries And Bonuses

Biglaw firms are forcing the market to increase their salaries and hand out big-time bonuses, and boutique law firms are ready, willing, and able to meet — and even beat — those generous payouts. Even relatively new boutique firms are proving that when it comes to the associate talent wars, they want to win.

To that end, Perry Law, a litigation boutique that launched this past June, is offering its associates salaries and year-end bonuses that beat the Biglaw market standard. Check out the firm’s compensation grid.

As you can see, Perry Law is offering salaries and bonuses that are $5,000 more than what Biglaw is offering for each class year. Sources tell us that the firm’s generosity doesn’t end there — we’ve heard that some year-end bonuses have exceeded the targets listed above by more than double.
