Warhorse Studios has announced that the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance has surpassed 8 million units sold since its launch in 2018.

Most recently, the studio announced that the open-world RPG had surpassed six million units in February 2024, meaning the game has sold more than a million copies in the current calendar year. Part of that might be due to the Switch port, or more broadly excitement for the upcoming sequel.
In commemorating the milestone, Warhorse only shared a single word, “Insane.”
In the meantime, you can check out 25 minutes of gameplay for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, set to release on February 11, 2025.
