Samsung Reveals One UI 7 Update Plan For India; Is Your Galaxy Device On The List?

Good news for Galaxy users in India, Samsung has officially revealed when its Android 15-based One UI 7 update will roll out, and the wait isn’t too long. According to a recent post on the Samsung Members app, the update will start rolling out in April 2025 and continue through July. A wide range of devices, from the latest flagships to mid-range models and tablets, are set to receive the update.

April 2025: The Latest Flagships Get It First

As expected, Samsung’s most recent and powerful phones are first in line. The Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra will kick things off in April. Also joining them are Samsung’s newest foldables, the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Z Fold6, likely to launch just around the same time.

May 2025: More High-End Phones and Tablets Join In

Things pick up in May as Samsung expands the rollout to more of its premium devices. The Galaxy S23 series, including the S23 FE, S24 FE, and the Galaxy S22 line, are all set to get One UI 7. Older foldables like the Z Flip5, Z Fold5, Flip4, Fold4, and even the Flip3 and Fold3 5G are also included.

Tablet owners can expect updates too. The Galaxy Tab S10+ and S10 Ultra, along with the entire Galaxy Tab S9 and S8 lineups (Wi-Fi and 5G models), are all part of May’s batch.

June 2025: Mid-Range and Budget Phones Get Their Turn

In June, it’s time for Samsung’s A-series, F-series, and M-series phones to join the party. Popular models like the Galaxy A16 5G, A35 5G, A55 5G, A54 5G, and others will be updated, along with affordable picks like the A15 5G and A73 5G.

The F-series (including F16, F15, F55, and more) and M-series (M16, M15, M35, M55, etc.) will also start receiving One UI 7 in June. Tablet users won’t be left out either, the Tab S9 FE, S9 FE+, and Tab A9+ 5G are also on the list, along with Samsung’s rugged Galaxy XCover7.

July 2025: The Final Phase

The rollout wraps up in July, with the Galaxy Tab A9 being the final device scheduled for the update.

Samsung’s roadmap shows they’re serious about bringing the latest features to as many users as possible, whether you’re rocking the newest flagship or a reliable mid-range device. One UI 7 promises a smoother, smarter Android experience, and it’s great to see such a wide range of devices included in the plan.
