Samsung has officially launched its 2025 Bespoke AI appliance range in India, showcasing a new generation of connected home devices aimed at simplifying everyday tasks through smart, intuitive features. Leading the lineup is the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo—a high-end all-in-one washer-dryer unit that leverages AI automation, energy efficiency, and voice control to streamline laundry routines. This marks a significant step forward in Samsung’s vision of a truly intelligent home.

The expanded range enhances Samsung’s AI Home ecosystem by integrating smart capabilities into key appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines. The new AI Home interface enables users to control their appliances in real time, communicate with family, and manage connected devices via the SmartThings platform, all through a unified experience across the ecosystem.

Samsung leadership emphasised the human-centric design of these products, tailored for Indian households. JB Park, President & CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia, highlighted the company’s four key values—Easy, Save, Care, and Secure—underscoring a commitment to convenience, energy conservation, and accessibility. The AI Vision Inside feature in refrigerators and the remote laundry management options are examples of how Samsung aims to create personalised, seamless experiences for every user.

The 2025 Bespoke lineup also introduces advanced appliances like the WindFree Air Conditioner, which offers draft-free cooling through 23,000 micro-holes, and the AI Top Load Washer, which uses AI to optimise wash cycles for fabric care and power savings. Samsung has ensured the new appliances are inclusive, incorporating features such as voice alerts, screen readers, accessible controls, and improved auto-open functions to support users with mobility or visual impairments.

In terms of pricing, the flagship Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is priced at ₹3,19,000, while the AI WindFree AC starts at ₹36,000. The AI Double Door Refrigerator begins at ₹44,000, and the AI Top Load Washer starts at ₹24,500 for the 8kg variant. Samsung also announced the upcoming Bespoke AI French Door Refrigerator, featuring an integrated AI Home display, which will hit the market in July.
